I placed an order for a battery about a month back, and it was meant to be available. Still, it hasn't shown up, and nobody picked up when I tried to inquire about my order!

Got my order just like it was shown. They look solid. I'll find out how they hold up as I put 'em to use. The price was decent, and the quality seems pretty top-notch too.

For sure, this company is a scam. I had to inform my bank today about their shady practices and deceitful behavior.

Don't buy from this place; they’ll keep your cash hostage! They list items on eBay claiming there's just one left, making you think you snagged the last one. Then you find yourself waiting and waiting for weeks with no word on your order. It took me at least four emails to finally get my money back. Seriously, steer clear of this scam!

We forked out over 6K for a handheld multimeter on March 4th, and for a whole month, they were ghosting us—no replies to calls or emails. Finally got a response today, April 13th, and it was just a single line: Estimated shipping date is August 2022. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Tough and meets all your requirements in a single meter. Simple to operate, and this is my third Fluke meter. I've been using this one for two decades and have tried other models for four decades.

The main reason I can't rate this place lower than 3 stars is because of Keith in sales. I ran into a problem with my Amprobe AT-8020 while working; the receiver just wouldn't stay powered on. I had only used it once, and it turned out to be a battery issue. I called the company where I bought it, feeling pretty frustrated, but this guy just hung up on me, leaving me clueless about what to do next. I was definitely panicking, but I kept my cool and didn’t lose my temper. I expressed my disappointment with their 5-day return policy and how they made me contact Fluke for help. I couldn't even reach Fluke when I had the time, so you can imagine how stressful it was to be on a job that needed finishing, only to have a sales rep hang up on me. Keith did try to help, but after dropping over $1200, this is not how I expected to be treated. I doubt I'll return. I'd rather shell out an extra $40 with a competitor who actually offers support instead of getting the cold shoulder or hearing the click of someone in customer service hanging up on me.

Showed up right on time, took about a week. Just took it out of the box and it seems like a sturdy piece. Were the batteries already in there?

I was looking to buy a $2 tip, but the least expensive shipping option is UPS for $10, which is just ridiculous. Then, I noticed on the checkout page it inquires if I can receive USPS deliveries, which I can. But there’s no option for that anywhere.

So, I thought I’d reach out to them for clarification. Turns out, the contact page is filled with a ton of fields that you have to fill out. What a hassle for just a $2 item.

I opted for two-day air shipping, but it ended up taking six days to get here because of an error on the sender's part. They sent it to my billing address instead of the shipping address I had specified. The package was already out for delivery when the address change was made, which pushed the two-day shipping to a full six days.

I got myself a set of Yellow Jacket gauge hoses. They’re genuine new items in their original packaging and the price was super fair. I’m already using them and they perform nicely. Communication could’ve been a tad better, but hey, it works both ways. Looking forward to buying more from this company.
